4-6:Talk About Overtrading!!!!

Long story short, I messed up today. After being down big today, I abandoned my trading plan and fought the market. The market won-it will win out every time as the market can remain irrational longer than anyone can remain solvent.I overtraded to the tenth degree. I wanted to get back as much as the loss as possible. In the end, getting back to  as close to breakeven on the day (not including commissions) was my goal, and there were a few times today that it could have happened. But, I am actually glad that it didn't happen. If it did, I don't think I would really learn the lesson today. I like may others would simply pat myself on the back and say, job well done. It really wouldn't. I didn't do anything right.I learned more on the trades that my entry was good, but I ultimately lost on those trades. I have to stick to my trading plan, and let the chips fall where they may.
