Not a bad day overall. I took one trade and lost on it (I got stopped out). Market dipped around lunch, so I went short TVIX. The market pulled up and I got stopped out-plain and simple. I did chase it a bit. I saw the pattern  form (ascending triangle) and I didn't take the trade (feared loosing on it). I waited until it paused and I jumped in. Market then reversed and I decided to wait to see if the bounce was going to be short lived. It wasn't and I got stopped out. I'm not upset at the loss; I did a few things today that I haven't been able to do for a while. I practiced patience -there were a few trades I wanted to jump on, but I didn't-their patterns were not right and they provided no good entry points and some of them provided no solid profit making opportunities.
